Fine Food Queensland, the premier event for the Sunshine State’s food industry is on again this Sunday through Tuesday.
The industry only bi-annual event will have more events, seminars, master classes and live cooking demonstrations with over 200 exhibitors.
First time events include Fresh Produce Lane, presented by the Brisbane Produce Market and the Chef’s Studio where local and interstate chefs discuss the issues facing the food industry today.
The Caterer’s Kitchen will feature demonstrations of the latest technology and techniques to improve productivity and profit at restaurants and cafés. Presentations at Drinks at Fine Food include Today’s Coffee Market and Creating an Award Winning Wine List by Ian Trinkle, ARIA’s Head Sommelier.
Fine Food Queensland not only showcases the state’s local producers, it offers countless opportunities for small business owners to connect with like-minded entrepreneurs. And to make visiting Fine Food Queensland even easier the show is divided into dedicated zones for Bakery, Beverages & Coffee, Meat and Seafood, Packaging and Equipment for Catering, Retail and Hospitality.
Fine Food Queensland opens at the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre on Sunday April 13 at 10 am and closes on Tuesday April 15 at 3pm. Free online registrations are now open to the trade only event until 5pm April 11.
