From March 22 to April 30, it’s 40 Days of Flavour at the Star Gold Coast and Treasury Brisbane. A dazzling line-up of ticketed events includes progressive dinners, omakase for seven diners only, long lunches, a high tea with a twist, homegrown live music and much more.
We were treated to a preview of 40 Days of Flavour on the rooftop Nineteen at The Star – high above the Gold Coast’s glitter strip. Chefs Tom Mumford, Winson Law and Uday Huja delighted guests with tantalising tastes from some of the program’s menus. Together they’re shining the spotlight on Queensland’s fine produce and dedicated food artisans.

Electric blinds disappeared to wide, hinterland views as we opened the door to our Superior Deluxe King Room. An integrated control system means you can customise the lighting, drapes and room temperature at the touch of a button.
Rooms have recently been refurbished and feel brand new. Pull up a teal velvet chair window-side to take in the view, while locally commissioned artwork adorns the walls.
A small range of TML’s much-loved Appelles amenities keeps us and the bathroom subtly fragrant.
