Hastings Park Noosa will fix your lockdown blues

We know you have been missing the old familiar places. And the old familiar faces. All of us have been isolated for so long we need a holiday from ourselves. A chance to get away from where we’ve been locked down for what seems like forever. Equal doses of relaxation and stress -less stimulation. Beach strolls and bush walks? Great coffee and gelato? Somewhere you can reconnect and keep your distance. We know the place. It’s time to visit Noosa.

Noosa This Magnificent Life

There’s a reason Noosa is known as the Relaxation Capital of Australia. A perfect beach that’s warm in winter and cooled by a sea breeze in summer. Where you can park the car and forget about it for the next few days because every holiday need is on your doorstep. A chic seaside village wrapped up in an ecological wonderland. Noosa is the place to take our first baby steps to freedom and holiday like we used to.

Finding the kind of accommodation that cocoons you in the middle of it all isn’t difficult. R&W Noosa holidays manage Hastings Park. At the Paris end of Hastings Street overlooking one of Australia’s most loved beaches, Hastings Park’s apartments are spacious, luxurious and above it all.

From the street, the small Hastings Park Noosa complex epitomises what Noosa is all about: high-end and laid-back. There isn’t a stairway to heaven; instead there is an inclinator lift to deliver you to your temporary home above it all.

Unit 3 Hastings Park offers the luxury of space in beach house style. Grand and homely. Comfort and every convenience. The apartment’s design offers a distinctly Australian personality that reflects the wonders of the bush environment that surrounds it.

Design

Three bedrooms and three bathrooms over three levels with your every need thoughtfully taken care of. Finishes and styling that not only promotes restful ness (that fresh ocean air helps too) but allows you to focus on the important stuff: that view.

By day, I personally guarantee that every time you walk into the master bedroom, your breath will be taken away. It’s just as good from any of the other balconies. And at night when all is quiet you can be lulled to sleep by the waves rolling into the beach below.

The use of tactile luxury finishes with a neutral base of timber and stone makes the apartment a haven. There are multiple spaces to take a load off: with a cup of tea and book on the sofa or on the expansive balconies with a long, cool, sunset or glass of bubbles.

The grey wool lounge doubles as a sofa bed making this three bedroom apartment ideal for two families. The apartment features a Bose sound system and large flat screen television for lazy afternoons of Netflix or a Foxtel movie.

All the little extras …A welcome hamper takes away the need to pop to the shops for the basics. Love Noosa brought some serious and delicious indulgence to our fridge. We were spoilt with the best continental breakfast as well as a cheese and charcuterie version with all the accoutrements.

Local delicacies included Queensland Yoghurt (mango of course), Sunshine Coast strawberries and freshly squeezed orange juice from Pardons fruit market. Kenilworth Dairies “udderly delicious” cheddar and a fine selection of relishes, cornichons, olives and more. And a bottle of Mumm to wash it all down!

We didn’t have to cook with all these goodies to keep us going but the kitchen was made for the serious home cook. And Locale Noosa is just down on the inclinator for take-away and dine-in.
