1. To enter a competition you must be: (a) 18 years old or over at the time of entry. (b) Able to fulfill the requirements of the competition at the time of entry. (c) Residing in Australia.
1. FIRST PRIZE DOES NOT include travel to and from O Bar Dining, Sydney. Winners must organize their own transportation.

4. Entry of the ThisMagnificentHome promotion is open to all Australian Real Estate Agents and/or Agencies that register and participate as FOUNDING MEMBERS with the website ThisMagnificentHome.com prior to the closing date: September 15, 2016
5. Winner will be announced September 30, 2016
6. If an 'Agency Brand' (e.g 'Ray White Noosa') should win the prize it is the responsibility of the Agency Principal to nominate the individual to accept the prize.
7. The closing date is as specified in the competition, and ThisMagnificentLife reserves the right to amend the competition end date at any time.
8. The final decision will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

You can find out who has won a particular competition by sending a stamped addressed envelope, marked with the name of the competition to The Editor, c/- ThisMagnificentLife, PO Box 58 Grange, Brisbane, 4051 after the closing date. The winners name, and winning entry, will be published on thismagnificentlife.com

11. If a panel of judges is required for the competition, it will be comprised of persons detailed on the relevant competition page and/or staff of ThisMagnificentLife.
12. The prize is not transferable to another person.
13. No part of a prize is exchangeable for cash or any other prize.
14. If an advertised prize is not available, we reserve the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
