Rosé – wine for the last days of summer

In some parts of Australia, we’re already in the last languid days of summer. As we savour every last moment of warmer weather we need look no further than a chilled glass of Rosé as the perfect tipple. Quite simply, summer in a glass.

Many winemakers toss out the rulebook when making Rosé. This is a varietal for enjoying now not cellaring. Wine to partner perfectly with barbecues and spicy food.
