Arrive in Rabat, the Morocco capital. Over a couple of days see the Royal palaces and the Medina – the ancient markets.
Off to the Imperial City of Meknes and out to the Roman ruins of Volubilis.
A tour of the palaces of Fes and its mind-boggling ancient medina, and a hands-on cooking class after sourcing your own ingredients from the markets.
Drive to Marrakech. The food markets, the Kasbah. The shoes, belts, brassware and embroidery take your breath away. Yes, camel rides if you want them!
To Ouirgane and a small Berber village in the Atlas Mountains.
Back to Essouria on the coast. Beachtime.
